Refund Policy

Please review our refund and purchase policies before completing any transaction in the GlowCraft Store.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made through the GlowCraft Store are considered final once delivered. Digital items cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged after they have been applied to an account.

Delivery Issues

Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes. If you do not receive your items:

  • Ensure you are logged into the correct Minecraft account
  • Try reconnecting to the server
  • Wait a few minutes for processing to complete

If your purchase is still missing, contact sales@glowcraft.org with your username and order details.

Incorrect Purchases

Purchases made for the wrong account or incorrect package selections are not guaranteed to be refunded. In some cases, we may be able to assist at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent removal of in-game perks
  • Restrictions from future purchases
  • Account or network access limitations

We strongly encourage contacting us first so we can resolve the issue properly.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in cases where:

  • The purchase was not delivered and cannot be fulfilled
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a system error
  • Required by applicable laws or payment provider policies

Agreement

By completing a purchase on the GlowCraft Store, you agree to this Refund Policy and understand that all digital items are delivered as-is.
